I created the Bench Daddy out of necessity. The wear and tear of bench pressing week in and week out was taking a toll on my elbows and shoulders. I constantly had inflamed and achy joints. Now, the Bench Daddy absorbs the stress load that was being placed on my body. Less inflammation and pain allows me to recover faster and motivates me on bench day. The Bench Daddy is constructed from extra heavy duty elastic, thus allowing me maximum support under the bar.
The Bench Daddy’s user friendly design allows you to get the band on and off effortlessly. Step one, place the band on your forearms. Step two, lay back with your arms extended in the air and it falls right into place. When you are done with your set, just sit up and the Bench Daddy slides right off your arms.
